Research note: Mary Babcock who married Simeon Maxson is mentioned on pages 50 and 95 of Stephen Babcock's "The Babcock Genealogy." The 1753 marriage date in this profile could make sense for Mary and Simeon. Stephen Babcock identifies Mary as the daughter of Thomas Rouse Babcock, Sr. who was associated with the Shrewsbury Seventh Day Baptist Church.
