Sally Baber was born in 1772 in Colony of Virginia, daughter of George Baber (~1743–~1825) and Mary Maxey (1762– ).
Sally married Amos Kibbe (born on February 13, 1770 in Somers, Tolland County, Connecticut; son of Timothy Kibbe and Mary (Sexton) Kibbe).
