Biography

Mary Magdalene Bach was born about 1737 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to parents Georg Daniel Bach and Elizabeth Ludin. She married Frederick Shimer Sr. on 7 Feb 1752 at Old Trappe Lutheran Church, Trappe, Pennsylvania. Children: Conrad 1753, Daniel 1754, Michael 1757, Elizabeth 1759, Frederick 1760, Bartholomew 1761, Peter B 1764, Catherine 1766, Mary Magdalena 1768, John B 1771, Barbara 1772. She died about 30 Mar 1822 in Chester, Pennsylvania.
