Biography

Amos Edward Bailey was born on 28 Jan 1881[1] in Macdonald River, New South Wales, Australia as the second child of Edward Archer Bailey and Susannah Thompson. He had twelve siblings, namely: Prosper, Priscilla Ismena, Rebecca Ann, Vida Mildred, Coral May, Elsie Susannah, Elizabeth Maud, Cyrus Vincent, Oscar Archer, Ellen Lilliment, Everard Lawrence, and Frederick Glendon. He died on 11 Oct 1959[2] in Broke, New South Wales, Australia. When he was 25, he married Elizabeth Sternbeck, daughter of William Twible Sternbeck and Amelia, on 24 Jul 1906[3] in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
