Jacob was born in 1794. He was the son of John Baker and Anna Whitmer. About 1836 he married Rebecca Crickenberger. [1] The 1850 and 1860 census information show him living in Rockingham County, Virginia with his wife.[2][3]Jacob passed away in 1870. [4]
