Biography

Hannah Baker was born about 1638 in Lynn, Massachusetts.^[1] She was the daughter of Edward and Joan Baker^[2]

Hannah married Thomas Lewis on 11 November 1659 in Lynn, Massachusetts.^[3] (see also Research Note below)

Many sources list or index the marriage of Thomas Lewis and Hannah Baker as occurring on 11 Sep 1659, which is a misunderstanding of the record that they were married in the 9th month which was November under the Julian calendar in use at the time.
