Biography
Louella was born in 1913. Louella is the child of William Baldwin and Margaret Thompson. [1]
I have seen references of Luella Sarah being called Saura Luella ...don't know which is the proper name yet. (4/7/2014)
In 1956 Louella and her husband Francis Packard adopted Eunice Lee Perkins two daughters who were left orphaned when Eunice died of polio and her widower husband was found dead a few months later.
The two daughters of Eunice had last named changed to Packard.
