Biography

William was born on 4 Sep 1777 [1] in Virginia. [2]. He is the son of Old Kit Barbee and Mary Jones.

In 1850 he was 72 years old and living in Orange County, North Carolina with his wife Ghasky and 25 year old Mary C Barbee. [2]

He died on 16 Jul 1857 and was buried at the Christopher and William Barbee Family Cemetery in Triangle Township, Durham, North Carolina. [1]
