Private Nathaniel Barber served with 17th Regiment, Connecticut Militia during the American Revolution.

Marriage

Nathaniel Barber married Hepzibah Loomis in Windsor, Connecticut, on 13 September 1739. Both were residents of Windsor, Connecticut.[1]

Nathaniel Barber served in the 17th Connecticut under Captain Strong in 1775.

Barber-4550 and Barber-2080 appear to represent the same person because: This man’s name was Nathaniel. Middle names were very rare in his time except for royalty. All primary sources say Nathaniel. The error seems to be from Findagrave and a tree on FS, Proposing merge with 2080, and surviving name as Nathaniel.
