Biography

Birth

Proof for the birth date of John Bare is found in his father's Civil War pension. Henry Bare, stated on his pension application 1898 that he only had two children living, John, born Mar 12, 1861 and Abe born February 5, 1867.[1][2]

Marriage

John was married three times.

1) 17 September 1881, Izorah McDaniel [3]
2) 13 October 1899, Lizzie Hampton [4]
3) 6 March 1902, Birdie Gannon (nee Barber), widow of Andy Gannon. [5][6]

Death

His death 14 October 1928 and burial in Walnut Hills Cemetery were recorded in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.[7][8]
