Biography
Theodore was born in 1761. He is the son of William Barker and Rhoda Wheeler. [1][2]
Theodore Barker was a private in the Massachusetts Continental Line during the Revolutionary War.
Theodore and his wife Lydia (nee unknown) had at least ten children born and raised in the town of Bradford, Vermont.
