Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one or more which best fit your research focus. Review the project pages for profile guidelines and to learn how to collaborate with the project members.
I'm here to help. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

Because WikiTree has only one profile for each person, the further back you go in your ancestry, the more likely cousins will find you and help out.
Sources are very important, so please be sure to include the sources used, on each profile you add.
It is a good idea to enter a few of your ancestors manually, to get used to how WikiTree works. Then, you could upload a small portion of your tree, with a gedcom, to see how that works. There is always editing needed after a Gedcom import, so fewer profiles makes the task easier.
If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add, please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Also, be sure to include a list of the sources used, on each profile you add.
If you need help getting started, view this introductory WikiTree video. Also, check out the Help Index and the G2G forum. - Good luck growing your branches -
