Biography

William Francis Barry was born November 7, 1903 in Clinton, Iowa. He is the son of Richard Barry and Margaret Moore. He had nine brothers and sisters. The family grew up in Center, Wapello, Iowa.

William met and married his sweetheart Elizabeth Lauderdale Smith. They resided in North Chillicothe, Peoria, Illinois. The couple had five children together.

In the mid 1940's William and his family resided in Minneapolis, Minnesota,

William Francis Barry passed away October 21, 1989, in Deerfield Beach, Florida, at the age of 85, and was buried in River Grove, Illinois. ^[1]
