Ann (Bartlett) Montague was a Virginia colonist.

Clement MONTAGUE (b. 29 December 1723) m. 2 February 1761 to Ann BARTLETT (b. 6 September 1737). Ann d. 1783; Clement d. 28 October 1791 in St. George Parish, Spotsylvania, Virginia. Children: Sallie or Sarah MONTAGUE, b. 1757 at Spotsylvania co., Virginia[1]

Ann was mentioned in her father's will:
Will of BARTLETT, WILLIAM, Berkeley Parish, d. Oct. 13, 1774, p. Dec. 21, 1775. Wit. Edward Herndon, Joseph Willoughby, Charles Powell. Ex. Susannah Bartlett and son Harry Bartlett. Leg. son Harry Bartlett; my wife Susannah; my five children, viz: Thomas, William and Harry Bartlett, Ann Montague and Isabel Graves. (Page 139). [2]

There is an implication that wife Ann was also known as Hannah based on the Spotsylvania County Records, Will book E, and Deed Book J .

May 13, 1779. Clement Montague of Spts. Co. and Ann, his wife, to Fielding Lewis, Charles Dick, Beverley Winslow, Jos. Brock, Wm. Smith, and Mann Page, jr., Gent. “In consideration of the Court House being built on the premises and the sum of 5 shill. curr.” 2 acres of land in Spts. Co., in trust for the Co. of Spts., etc. Thomas Colson, Thomas Allen, Harry Bartlett, Reuben Straughan, Thomas Towles, Jno. Chew, jr. Sept. 16, 1779.[3]

June 16, 1779. Clement Montague and Ann, his wife, to Thomas Colson. 2000 lbs. Crop tob. 25 a. of tract sd, Montague lives on, etc. Jno. Waller, Jno. Chew, jr.; Harry Bartlet, A. Bartlet. July 15, 1779.[4]

Augt. 16, 1781. Clement Montague and Ann, his wife, of St. Geo. Par., Spts. Co. to Michael Blunt of Berkeley Par., Spts. Co. £600 curr. 200 a. in Berkeley Par., Spts. Co., part of a tract devised to Wm. Forson, by Michael Guinney, decd. No witnesses. Augt. 16, 1781.[5]

Augt. 29, 1783. Clement Montague and Ann, his wife, Thomas Montague and Agnes, his wife, to Thomas Colson. £800 curr. 150 a. where sd. Thomas Montague lives, in St. Geo. Par., Spots. Co., known as Court House Tract, etc., etc. Reuben Straughan, Benj. Alsup, Clement Montague, George Hensley, Francis x Cammock. Sept. 18, 1783.[6]
