"England Marriages, 1538–1973 ", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N2H3-Z5J : 12 March 2020), Elinor Basstone in entry for George Manly, 1662.

Sorry, forgot to delete that marriage reference of Elinor... I have 10+ source's about Elizabeth's marriage... George & Elizabeth had up to 5 children depending on which set of data you chose to believe... The 1st child, William was born in the early 1640's & subsequent children follow until the birth of Lazarus in 1668... How Elinor ever got thrown into consideration defies logic & I am sorry that I posted it... Most references show their marriage between 1642 to 1644... Then there is the whole issue do all the 5 children belong to George & Elizabeth really belong to them... I am leaving them all in until someone can prove otherwise... I went to Talaton to find discrete family data, but did not... The town is very tiny & probably lacks the kind of data we need...

Why call her "Elizabeth" and not "Elinor" as per marriage info?

Basstone-3 and Basstone-2 appear to represent the same person because: Let's get these two Elizabeths merged, as they both are the spouse of the same Manley man. Thanks!

Doug,

You may have missed the proposed merge – it is on the bottom left of the profile. Thank you.
