Elizabeth Frances Bean was born on August 2, 1853, in Franklin County, Tennessee, the daughter of Jacobus and Nancy A Bean. [1][2]
She married William M Tipps on February 13, 1876. They had four children in 16 years. In 1880, they were living in Denton, Texas and had one child. [3]
She died on March 10, 1926, in Aubrey, Texas, at the age of 72, and is buried in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lincoln Park. [4]
