Billy was born in 1921. He is the son of Isaac Beauchamp and Ellie Goodman.[1]

Billy was drafted into the US Army, enlisting October 12, 1942, at Dallas, Texas, United States.[2]

Billy N. Beauchamp died August 9, 1973, in Waco, McLennan, Texas, United States.[3][4][5] He was buried at Rosemound Cemetery, Waco, McLennan County, Texas, USA.[6]
