Beck-1908 and Beck-95 appear to represent the same person because: Seeking to merge away another Edward Beck Sr who is without dates or any other data. Thank you.
And I like yours, Regina -- it was the name of my immigrant great-great-grandmother (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Erhardt-21) who is quite a legend in our family.
This Edward Beck was not born about 19 Nov. 1684. That Edward Beck is correctly profiled in Beck-2548, who was born, married, lived and died in Kent County, Maryland. This Edward Beck (Beck-95) is a separate individual. He was born about 1674, based on a court record he gave in 1694 stating he was aged about 20 years. His will was made in December 1736, and the inventory of his estate was made 16 Feb. 1736/37, so the date of his death should be given as about 1736 or 1737. These approximate dates are given at the end of the Biography section but are not reflected in the profile at the top.
Beck-5884 and Beck-95 appear to represent the same person because: The only difference is that my profile does not include the spouses. Otherwise, they are the same family.
Therefore, I am changing it back. If the person that changed my ancestors has anything to contribute, they can contact me directly. Otherwise, leave my family tree alone.
Someone changed my ancestors on the Beck line without permission. Also, whoever changed it is completely wrong. These are not the ancestors of of Edward Beck, born November 19 1675. Also, they changed the birthday, which is incorrect as well.
Edward's birth date should be 19 Nov 1684 as the Quaker Records use the old style dating which is two months different from current dating. The 9th month was November then.
P.S. - you have a beautiful first name!! 😊

Edward Beck-95 and Edward Beck-5884 have incorrect parents, Edward Beck-2548 appears to be correct except that the wife's first name should be Mary as it was written on the following Quaker record with the births of their 6 children. https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&dbid=2189&h=1731878&tid=9841692&pid=1063273097&hid=15659435493&usePUB=true&_phsrc=OrM8383&_phstart=default&usePUBJs=true¤tPageIsStart= The parents of Edward Beck in this Quaker document with other families are John & Mary Beck with their children: Edward Beck 1684; John 1686; Mathew 1688; Mary 1691; William 1694; and Rebecka 1698. This family appears to have settled in Maryland and is not the same Beck family that were in Massachusetts.
