Hezekiah Belding, son of Samuel Belding and Elizabeth (Dickinson) Belden, was born on 2 July 1728 in Northampton, Hampshire, Massachusetts, United States.[1]

His siblings were:

Hezekiah married Mary Dickinson on 16 April 1752 in Hadley, Hampshire, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[2]

They had two daughters:

  1. Mary (Belden) Howard (1753-1818)
  2. Submit (Belden) Billings (bef.1756-1825)

Hezekiah's second wife was Abigail (Nash) Belding (abt.1730-abt.1780). They were married about 1756. His wife Abigail died on 11 July 1764.[3]

  2. Hepzibah Nash (Belden) Graves (1761-1831)

Hezekiah married Martha (Field) Belding (1729-1795) of Sunderland, Massachusetts, on 21 April 1767 in Amherst, Massachusetts, United States.[4][5]

Their children:

  1. Elihu Belding (1768-1853)
  2. Martha (Belding) Kellogg (1770-1837)

He served as a Private under Captain Dickinson, in Col Porter's regiment. [6][7]

He married Martha Smith on 16 April 1795, in Amherst, Massachusetts[8].

Hezekiah Belden, child of Samuel Belden & Elizabeth Belden, died (age 85) on 22 June 1813 in Amherst, Massachusetts, United States.[9] He is buried in Hill Cemetery, in Hatfield, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. [10][11]

Hezekiah Belding wrote his will on 13 January 1801. His estate passed probate on 15 June 1813 in Hampshire, Massachusetts, United States.[12]
