1) Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Belt, have announced the marriage of their daughter, Dorothy to Lester Boyer of Fort Knox, Kentucky. The wedding was solemnized 12/20 at the First Methodist Episcopal church, in Henderson, Kentucky with Rev. Walter Munday, reading the ceremony.
Mrs. Boyer is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Belt of this city. She graduated with the class of '34 from the local high school.
Mr. Boyer is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Boyer of this city. He graduated with the class of '33. He is enlisted in the Medical Detachment Hospital at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

2) Dorothy Boyer weds Earl Frye, 10/20/1947. In a quiet, but impressive singl ring ceremony at the Methodist church at Decker, Indiana, Dorothy Boyer of St. Francisville became the bride of Earl Frye of Evansville, Indiana, Monday evening. Rev. Donald Harmon of the First Methodist Church in Saint Francisville was the minister, hearing the vows. The bride wore a medium blue wool dress with black accessories and a red rose corsage. Mrs. Ruth Ritchie (her sister) wore a grey suit with black accessories and a corsage of red roses. The groom and his attendant, Mr. Ted Ritchie (her brother in law) were attired in business suits of blue and grey, respectively.
Immediately following the ceremony, a wedding supper was served at the home of the bride's mohter, Mrs. Harrison Belt in Saint Francisville. After a short wedding trip to Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Frye will be at home near Evansville where Mr. Frye is employed at the Briggs Company. (newspaper clipping, I have the original)
