Her Father is a Abraham Parrish and her last name is Elener Parrish via Marriage Certificate, but people are calling her a Belt. Maybe even Ellen?
I found this while researching her: Spouse: (2 Possible Options) Need to determine which is correct, if either. They are both tied to her record on Ancestry.com (I know, not always reliable but has some good info.)

1 Abraham has sources on ancestry for: 1810, 1820, 1850, 1860 Census. KY Marriages 6/25/1822 in Nelson, KY to Elenor Parish. Burial record @ Dayton Nat. Cemetery with deathdate 10/21/1869 for W L Parrish (?). War of 1812 records. There is a son listed by the same name/junior 1804 - 1878.
