He passed away before 1755.
Probate
On June 7, 1755, Isaac Bennett Jr. was charged as the administrator of the estate of his father Isaac Bennett Sr, yeomen of Middleborough, deceased to take the estate inventory for submission to the Court. [2][3]
His inventory was taken on 11 July 1755 in Middleborough.[4]
In 1756, the judge of probate ordered the sale of land, so much that it amounts to 60 pounds, in order to pay for the debts of the estate.[5]
In 1757, an account of his estate was recorded which included the proceeds from the land sold, debts paid, funeral costs, and family support.[6]
In 1767, his real estate was set out to his widow Mary, and his children, Jedediah Bennett, Nathan Bennett, Joseph Bennett, and Isaac Bennett. (Note: not listed by order of birth)[7]
