A Konrad von Beutelsbach was probably the same person as the first ruler of Wúrttemberg; Konrad de Wirtinisberg or Counradus de Wirtineberc, although Wurttemberg at the time was probably just a castle and surrounding district. Konrad had two siblings, Bruno, the Abbot of Hirsau, and their sister Luitgard who was the mother, by an unnamed man, of Konrad II, who succeeded his uncle in Württemberg.
The parents of Konrad, Bruno and Luitgard are unknown, and the Poppo von Beutelsbach and his wife an unnamed woman, surname von Calw originally entered into Wikitree, are probably from an older tradition and either fictitious or transplanted into this family from elsewhere. Likewise the other daughter of this couple originally entered, Richenza von Beutelsbach doesn't appear in the records as another sister of Konrad.
