DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Harry by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Harry:

Hi Profile Managers/US Southern Colonies Project - I just re-adopted the profile for the project (but without PPP).

Beverley-36 and Beverley-254 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicated inadvertently - I have removed all content except that duplicating #36 so that the merge can proceed.

Beverley-254 and Beverley-36 do not represent the same person because: I reject this merger based on the following reasons : 1) they are two different people, 2) middle names are completely different, 3) there isn’t any information given on #254,,

Which one is the correct father of Agatha?
posted by [Living Emmons]
Thank you Sandra

The profiles are of the same man, so both are her father. As there are two profiles for Agatha, both now under the same parents (Harry Beverley and Elizabeth Smith) I have proposed a merge with a note in the biography of #253 about the differing years of marriage, and the father's first name. Cheers, Josephine

Thank you Cary

I have cleaned up the profile of #254, re-proposed the merge, and have orphaned the profile. They are the same person and the "middle name" was added as Robert because of Stannard correction to Harry from Robert. There should be no concern about merging the profiles. I am sorry for the confusion caused by adding the extraneous name and for the poor estimate of year of birth. Cheers, Josephine

Does this profile need continued project protection?

I received a private message indicating that this profile may be "opened." It already is, so I assume the writer meant that it was okay to remove project protection/co-management.

update - merge completed

Beverly-373 and Beverley-36 appear to represent the same person because: Beverley is the usual spelling. These were set as unmerged match, but names/dates/wife are same. Please merge.

Thanks!
