Although Samuel Black and Barbara Jones as the parents of Mary and her brother Samuel S. Black is probable, especially as the wedding between Samuel and Barbara preceded the birth of Mary and Samuel at an appropriate time-frame and each of those events occurred in Washington, D.C., it would be better to get further evidence before setting the confident flag.
