Biography

Timothy Blackmer, son of William and Sarah Blackmer, was born in Rochester, Massachusetts, on 20 October 1732.[1]

He lived at Barnard, Vermont, where he bought land from his brothers Hollon and William. On Nov. 28, 1795 he declared that he "does not belong to the First Congregational church" in Barnard.[2]
