His land holdings included fifty acres in Henrico County, Virginia; a mill in Brunswick County, Virginia; and a town lot in Williamsburg, Virginia.[7]
He died in May 1736.[8] His estate inventory was sent to court by his wife on 20 August 1736. On 20 September 1736, it was presented in court in York County, Virginia and ordered to be recorded.[9]
