John was born in 1795. John Blankenship ... He passed away in 1862. George DAVID Schick was the son of Christian and Rosina Schick,I. David was Christened 3 September 1769. Zion's Moselem Church. Richmond, Berks, Pennsylvania. Date of birth from the Christening record 11 August 1769. A copy of his will and inventory at Obion County, Tennessee. Witnesses to the will were William Adams and John Perry. Burwell S. Tanner, S.S. Calhoun. His mark, David Sheeks. Inventory dated 2 October 1837 by John Parr and W.S.S. Harris, Executors. George DAVID Sheeks married Eliazbeth Howard 18 January 1790 at Surry County, North Carolina. FHL Microfilm 0,546,473. Marriage Bond 000147293. Martin Bridgefarmer, bondsman. Surry, N.C. The Sheeks had moved to Cumberland County, Kentucky by 15 August 1800. Later moving to Obion County, Tennessee by the 1830 census the Western District or Territory of the State of Tennessee George DAVID and Elizabeth Howard Sheeks children are as follows: Benjamin Sheeks. Rosannah Sheeks Fips Green. Polly Sheeks Dabney. Jesse Sheeks. *Elizabeth Sheeks Blankenship. Cornelius Sheeks. Susan Sheeks Meadows.

According to sources on findagrave.com: "John Blankenship married Elizabeth Sheeks 27 August 1818. Wayne County, Kentucky. They owned some land at Swan Pond Bottom when they died. Possible place of burial is Abbott Cemetery. Russell County, Kentucky. Abbott being on the land the Blankenship's farmed and lived.
