Blinn-58 and Blinn-1 appear to represent the same person because: Parents of Jerusha were Peter and wife Hannah Crampton. Very detailed article in NEHGS about the Blinn family listed wives and children of Peter, as well as his brother Jonathan, who was initially added as father of Blinn-58. Parents have been removed from Blinn-58, so please approve the merge of these duplicate profiles.

There is information on the Blinn article in father Peter Blinn-1. If anyone wants a copy, please send me a message and I can send it to you, if you don't have the subscription to NEHGS.

I've always thought that Jerusha was born in Wethersfield, the daughter of Jonathan, as in Blinn-58. But looking at Barbour's vital records for Wethersfield, there are 3 children of Jonathan & Hannah (2 Jonathans and a Lucy), 1 daughter Sarah of Jonathan and Sarah, and a marriage of Jonathan and Abigail Nott. But no Jerusha or any other children of Jonathan. I think Jonathan was born and died in Wethersfield, but I also think he had more wives and more children, and they're not showing up.

I haven't been able to find records for Guilford. Does anyone know if there are Guilford vital records online? I did find this:

The Barbour collection of Connecticut town vital records. [16], Guilford 1639-1850 is an item listed in the WorldCat catalog, indicating that there is a printed book or archive material with this title in a library..... This item may be located in the following libraries: Fresno County Public Library.

Anyone live near Fresno? Without a birth record, we'll never know who Jerusha's father is.

Blinn-58 and Blinn-1 are not ready to be merged because: The actual father needs to be determined.

Blinn-58 and Blinn-1 appear to represent the same person because: Many details match. Blinn-58 has a different father connected, but the text in the Biography states a different father, which matches Blinn-1.
