He married about 1713 Catherine Anderson, daughter of Enoch and Catherine (Opdyke) Anderson or Andrus of Maidenhead and Trenton New Jersey. Enoch's 1741 will named his daughter Catherine Bonham and her two unnamed sons among others. Catherine died before 6 Sept 1754, when her son Samuel, and wife Ruth, sold his interests in Trenton lots, which belonged to his grandfather Enoch, and was to be divided bbetween himself and b his brother Ephraim.[1]
Samuel died before 28 December 1743, on which date widow Catherine made a quitclaim of five lots in Trenton, from her siblings, Enoch Anderson, Sarah Stevens and husband Benjamin, and Rachel Smith and her husband Ralph.[1]
Samuel Bonham b. c. 1714. Samuel Bonham, shipwright had a marriage license 3 Feb 1755 with Ruth Bowyer of Philadelphia. He was at least 21.
