DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Stephen by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Stephen:

Bourne-3092 and Bourne-560 appear to represent the same person because: These appear to be intended to represent the same person (from the biographies). There seems to be an uncertainty about the maiden name of his wife Hannah. One is attched as a son of Bourne-562 William Bourne II (abt.1650-1716) who died in 1716 (4 years before his son was born in 1720), the other has a father Bourne-578 William Bourne III (1680-abt.1740) another son of William Bourne II (abt.1650-1716) . It needs to be determined whether William Bourne II was Stephen's father or grandfather.
