Biography

Daniel was born in 1851 in Maryland. His parents were George Bowers and Nancy Shank. In 1860, the family was living in Leitersburg District, Washington, Maryland.[1] He passed away in 1941 in Shippensburg, and is buried in the Lincoln Cemetery in Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania [2]
