Biography
Thomas Martin Bowles was born on 28 Dec 1798 in Bourbon, Kentucky, United States, son of David Jesse Bowles (1776–1823) and Elizabeth Washington (Martin) Bowles (abt. 1774–1854).[1]
His siblings were:

- Sarah Sally (Bowles) Roach (1805 – 0 Apr 1871)
- Harriet (Bowles) Payne (11 Apr 1806 – 27 May 1857)

Thomas died on 6 Jan 1872 in Ralls, Missouri, United States, aged 73.
Thomas (21) married Elizabeth (Richardson) Bowles (18) (born in 1801 in Kentucky) on 26 Dec 1820 in Bourbon County, Kentucky.[2] [3] Their known children were:
