Research Notes

A source is needed to confirm his correct birth location ...

b: Straßburg, Bergstrasse, Hessen, Germany ? OR
b: Gommersheim, Sudliche Weinstrasse, Kurfürstentum Pfalz, Heiliges Römisches Reich (now Germany) ?

Sudliche Weinstrasse, Rheinland-Pfalz sometimes gets referred to less specifically as the Palatinate region.

Very confusing, there is another Johann=John Philip Beyer, b: c1701; m: 1721 Maria Elizabeth Beck.

Beyer-174 and Beyer-21 are not ready to be merged because: These two profiles may be intended to represent the same person. Not ready to be merged, however. I will try to add information shortly. Work in progress.

Beyer-174 and Beyer-21 do not represent the same person because: Having done a little more research, these profiles don't represent the same person - different children and they lived in different towns in different counties in Pennsylvania.

Boyers-9 and Beyer-21 appear to represent the same person because: dups with same parents and same wife. LNAB should be BEYER like his father anad then any later surname variations should go in the OTHER field. His wife's surname also needs to be changed to UNKNOWN or BUCKLE if you can confirm with the marriage source.
