Biography
Sarah (Sally) Boynton was born in 1771 to Edward Boynton and Abigail Walker .[1]
Sarah married Richard Gage in 1794.[2] Sarah and two of her sisters, Mary and Lydia, all married Gage brothers.
Richard and Sarah had the following 11 children:

Sally b. 20 June 1796; m. Elias Jenkins , 24 Nov. 1812; d. 27 June 1853
Rhoda b. 4 May 1798; m. John Holden, 23 July 1819
Roxa b. 4 May 1798; d. Sept. 1852
Abagail b. 7 Sept. 1800; m. Artemas Holden; d. Aug. 1884
Richard b. 6 June 1802; d. 15 April 1814
Lyman b. 13 June 1805; m. Sarah Fordice, 21 Mar. 1830; d. 8 Feb. 1886
Lydia b. 5 Dec. 1809; m. Jason H. Jennison , 2 Feb. 1832; d. 3 Feb. 1850
Betsy b. 10 Feb. 1810; m. Lyman Jenkins , 26 Oct. 1826; d. 29 March 1835 (Family Bible erroneous 29 March 1855)
John b. 11 Dec. 1811; d. 22 April 1812
Abel b. 27 Aug. 1813; m1. Prudence Poor; m2. Harriet J. Chittenden, 31 Jan. 1851; d. 13 Dec. 1878.
She passed away in 1815, shortly before her 45th birthday.[3]
