On the 1870 census, it says he is about 10, which would put him born about 1860. However, his headstone and a later census (1865) puts him born in 1864. On the 1870 census, they also say his brother Andrew was born in 1864. Were they twins? Or was the first census taker in error? Odd thing - the family appears in two separate 1870 census - same names, but different information? What am I missing?
