Biography

Ellen was born in about 1803 in Ireland. She was the daughter of John Bradley. In 1829 she married William Judd.

The 1851 Census shows her name to be Helénè, but A. Turcotte family collection shows Eleanor as her first name. (Helénè likely is the local interpretation of her name). D. Murphy's book in husband's record of passing, she is Ellen.

By 1851, she and her husband have eight living children.

Ellen is buried at: St. Stephen's Anglican Cemetery Greer Mount, Thorne Twp., Pontiac County, Quebec TBC Maybe Shawville.

She passed away in 1866.
