Agnes Lydia Bradshaw was born on 21 Aug 1921 in Bass River, Colchester Co., Nova Scotia.[2] Agnes was the daughter of Parker Bradshaw and Mary McIntosh.
Agnes married Reginald Francis O'Neill on 22 Dec 1942 in Nova Scotia[2]
Agnes passed away on 21 Jul 1964 in Princeton, British Columbia[3]

Last rites for Mrs. O'Neill Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Lydia O'Neill, killed in an accident in the Interior on July 21st, were held in Squamish United Church on Monday, July 27, at 2 p.m. Rev. H.W. Wingfield Officiated. Mr. and Mrs. O'Neill and four of their six children, who had been visiting her mother at Sicamous, were on their way back to Squamish when their car was hit by falling lumber fram a truck on the southern trans provincial highway near Princeton. Mrs O'Neill was killed and her husband was injured, but the four children escaped unhurt. Mrs. O'Neill is survived by her husband, Reginald, six sons: Wayne, Camp Borden, Ont.; and Gary, Dennis, James and Bruce, all of Squamish.
