She married Field Robinson about 1739.[2] They were the parents of nine children, Obedience, William, Daniel, Joseph, Temperance, Judith, Field Jr, Elizabeth, and Nancy. [3]
It is not known when or where Obedience died or is buried. She appears to have been dead prior to 7 March 1785 when Field Robinson wrote his will in Littleton Parish of Cumberland County. The will names only his children and no wife.

Judith, the daughter of Field Robinson (Robinson-2849) and his wife Obedience (Bradshaw-281) married her cousin George Robertson (Robertson-874) in 1778. Please see the disputed parents sources on the profile of Judith Quin (Robinson-5480). If you have a source that contradicts those noted on Judith's profile, please share it with the members. Thanks

If Obedience did indeed die on the same date that her husband Field Robinson wrote his will, it would make more sense that she died in the parish of Littleton in Cumberland County as that is where Field lived on that date.
Is there a source for the death date of Obedience as 7 Mar 1785? This is the date that Field Robinson wrote his will in which he did not name his wife.
Last record found for Obedience is a deed where she relinquished her dower rights on 23 Jul 1753 to the land she inherited from her father. (Cumberland County Virginia Will Book 2, p 56). What records give the exact date of 7 Mar 1785 as to her death?
