Florence was born in Missouri in 1889 to Aaron William Bradshaw and Emma Doyal. Her father moved the family to Oklahoma by 1900. She married widower Noel Garrett by 1928, possibly in Florida, where they lived until 1931, when they returned to Oklahoma. It's possible she spent the rest of her life there. Florence passed away in 1971 at 81 years old.
