Edith Blanche Bridges (married name Peters) was born in 1883 in Brunswick, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Martha (Sutcliffe) Bridges and Joseph Bridges.^[1]

She married Harold Egbert Peters on 1 January 1918 in East Brunswick, Victoria.^[2]

Edith died on 7 April 1961 in Geelong, Victoria, aged 77 years.^[3] Her remains were buried on 10 April 1961 at Springvale Crematorium, Victoria.^{[citation needed]}
