Hi!

This is Chris from the Italy Project. As part of the annual project check-in, can you fill in the project survey? This will let us know that you are still interested in the project and which teams you'd like to participate in.

Thanks and have a great day!

I haven't worked on those Sicilian lines in some time, so it's probably best I step back from it. Thank you Chris

Okay. I have removed your badge. If you want back in, let me know.

Hi Donald

Thank you for adding your DNA to WikiTree. Getting the Best from DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions or problems, let me know.

Take care

Pam ~ WikiTree Greeter

Ciao! This is just a general check-in for members of the Italy project. I am checking to see who is still interested in being a member of the project as we go through some much needed restructuring. I was also wondering what teams you would like to be on. We’ve created teams for each part of Italy. North, South, Islands etc. They will be explained further in an upcoming g2g post. Stay tuned. For now, please let me know if you are still interested in the project and if you’d like to be a member of a team.

Hi Donald,

As part of a revitalization effort for the France Project, we are checking-in with members to see if they are planning to remain active in the project and where their interests lie.

If you are planning to remain active, please click here to submit a short Member Interest Form to help us organize and coordinate collaboration.

If you have other obligations at the moment and would like to be removed from the project at this time, you will always be welcome to rejoin if you find yourself with more time and interest later.

We thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.

Please respond by commenting on my profile or sending a private message. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks Kyla

Hi Donald,

You will want to switch your "french_roots" followed tag to "france". Please check this out: https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/846021/french-roots-becomes-the-france-project

Hi Donald, you had posted about an interest in joining the European Aristocrats project. Please go to this G2G thread and post about your interests: https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/363090/would-you-like-to-help-with-european-aristocrat-profiles?show=363090#q363090
Hello Donald

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?

I want to help! Click my name, send me a private message or ask in the comment section of my page. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

Cindy ~ WikiTree Messenger

PS To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there. Give that a try!

Hi Donald,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.

Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or special event. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.

Let me know if you have trouble finding projects which fit your focus. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

Thanks for volunteering, Donald!

You are now a full member of the WikiTree community. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. After four years, I’m still gradually adding ancestors to the big tree. I also appreciate getting to know other members, many of whom have turned out to be cousins.

Start with the New Member How-To pages — they are really useful as you add profiles and learn your way around.

Take your time, and let me know if you need any help using the site. I’m always happy to answer questions.

Carole ~ WikiTree Greeter

P.S. If you get error messages when you click links from WikiTree emails, try the links from your profile page.
