Mercy, the fourteenth of sixteen children of Tristram Brown II and Abigail Parke was born in 1744 at Dutchess, New York Colony.
Marriage and Children
Mercy wed John Gager (alias Jagger) the son of John and Rebeckah (Ingersoll) Jagger on 30 December 1762 at New York Colony.[1] They had ten children:

Death
Mercy (Brown) Gager died on 28 September 1810 in her 66th year at Dutchess, New York and is buried in Coleman's Station Cemetery at Northeast, Dutchess, New York.[2]
