Rachael (Brown) McGuire was born in about 1728 in Maryland. She was the daughter of George Brown and Mary (Stevenson) Brown. She married Michael McGuire. She passed away in about 1818 in Loretto, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, United States.
"The Cambria Tribune", published, October 29, 1899, two receipts, preserved by Squire E. R. Dunegan, of St. Augustine: "I received from Mrs. Rachael McGuire a dollar for her part of the sum that ought to be spent in buying a horse for the priest serving the parishes of Huntingdon, Sinking Valley, Allegheny, Path Valley, Etc.
