Biography

Frances "Frankie" J. Brown was born October 9, 1856 in Sperry, Clayton, Iowa. She was a daughter of William Slocomb Brown and Sarah Ann McCracken.

She married Charles Henry Nichols on January 11, 1874 in Cedars Fall, Iowa.[3] They had one son Edward David Nichols.
