Biography

Emile Bullard was born on March 19, 1862 in Calcasieu, Louisiana, United States, son of William Buller (1819–~1890) and Eugenie Langley (1828–1914). [1]

Emile married Celesie Nevils (born on July 10, 1864 in Lake Charles, Calcasieu; daughter of James Dupre (Nevils) Nevil and Heloise Godfrey (Manuel) Nevils). Their daughter was Ida Buller (1892–1977).
