Biography

Samuel David Bunker was born in 1815, the son of Enoch Bunker (1771–1845) and Sally Wiggin (1772–1862).

Bunker D-233.

Occupation: Physician.

Graduated from Oberlin College.

He married 1st Aurelia Ann Van Ness (1823–1861). They had the following children:

Sarah Jane Bunker 1851–1928

John R. Bunker 1856–

Jane (or James) Bunker 1858–1872

He married 2nd Susan L. Porter (1830–1907). They had the following children:

Mary Elizabeth Bunker 1863–1943

Elizabeth Anna Bunker 1867–1946

Helen Meeker Bunker 1869–1961

Emma Belle Bunker 1871–1958

He died in 1893. Burial: Coon Cemetery, Mercer County, Missouri, USA.
