Henry was born in 1818. He is the son of Jarrett Burch and Emelia Pinson. He passed away in 1900, place unknown. He is buried in Marion County, Arkansas. He was a Mason. Inscription on grave stone reportedly reads: "Aged 92 years 18 months 27 days", which is incorrect (on many levels), and unusually imprecise for a Mason. Henry was 82 years, 9 months at the time of his death. t[1]
Henry Hardin was a farmer. 1840 census shows he and Mariah Jane lived in Union County, Georgia and had no children. 1850 census the family lived in Marion County, Arkansas. Henry moved to Flippen Arkansas in 1849. 1860 census they lived in Union, Marion County, Arkansas. 1870 census they lived in Flippin, Marion County, Arkansas. 1880 census they lived in White River, Marion County, Arkansas. 1900 census he was married to Mary Francis Gwenn (they married in 1900) lived in White River, Marion County, Arkansas. On November 1-1856 Henry purchased 80 acres in Marion County, Arkansas. On December 30, 1878 he purchased 40 acres in Marion County, Arkansas.[2]
