William Christopher Burton was born in 1808. On December 10, 1832 he married Sarah "Sally" Johns Cocke in Campbell County, Virginia.[1] He is listed with his wife on the 1850 Census,[2] the 1860 Census,[3] and the 1880 Census[4] in Campbell County, Virginia. He passed away in December of 1886.[5]
