Biography
Elisha was baptized on 6 Mar 1768 in Leominster, Worcester, Massachusetts. He was the son of Stephen Buss and Prudence Carter. [1]
He married Polly Mann on 1 May 1791 in Mason, Hillsborough, New Hampshire.[2]
